The menu begins with appetisers of chicken teriyaki marinated skewers and vegetable spring rolls and salads and starters with oven roasted eggplant, spicy pork larb, and smoked duck breast.
A trio selection of mains with oven roasted chicken, yellow noodles with pork, prawns, and vegetables, and Thai green vegetable curry with steamed rice follows.
If your preference is Western food, for HKD230 per head for 20 people, start the meal with pickings of mini vegetable quiches and assorted finger-sized gourmet sandwiches.
Followed by oven roasted eggplant & bell peppers, roasted potato salad, and chicken caesar salad, three mans of rosemary roasted chicken, pesto penne pasta, and Italian meat balls do the talking here.
