Continuing their spirited storytelling, Two Moons launches their newest flavour with a Ginger Gin (HKD530), made with fresh and dried yellow ginger, a key component of the Cantonese diet.

The gin, mixed too with juniper perry, litsea wood, wild white tea, allspice, and sandalwood, brings woody, citrusy, and tea-strong flavours to the nose, palate, and finish.

The inspiration of their new product comes from the ingredient’s universality and prominence in Hong Kong, from ginger tea and ginger-scallion sauce to ginger in claypot rice dishes and coca cola drinks.

Bargoers can head to Kinsman, 25:00, and ZZURA for a series of limited-time Ginger Gin-powered cocktails across Soho this summer, including a Chinese wedding-themed tall drink at 25:00 available till Aug. 23, and a red pickled ginger take on a Penicillin at Kinsman and a mango pomelo sago cocktail at ZZURA available till Sep. 23.

Two Moons also stock their Signature Dry Gin, Calamansi Gin, and Five Flowers Tea Gin. Buy their new flavour here.
