Foodie Forks 2026 Best French Restaurant La Petite Maison has introduced a new citrus-themed summery menu for the steamy months of July and August to cleanse the palate and shave off the fat.

Included in the summer set dinner menu (HKD598 pp) is a colourful mix of seasonal French dishes fit for the warm months with citrusy additions.

The menu’s starters of beef tartare with cornichons, capers, and oyster mayonnaise (tuna substituted upon request) and vine tomatoes with smoked stracciatella and 25-year-old aged balsamic shine bright with snappy tastes, with the latter possessing beef-like flavours with hints of wine and yoghurt from the cheese and balsamic mix.

For the main action, the menu features the squid-ink mafaldine, poached sea bream with confit zucchini and pine nuts, and notably on-theme duck confit with orange and endive.

Dessert includes the LPM classic vanilla cheesecake with berry compote and new citrus panna cotta blood orange sorbet.
