Stretched across the trade show floor at Restaurant, Bar & Café Hong Kong, the three-day event is teeming with food and beverage talent and prowess with local and international companies joining the fold.

The future of food and beverage retail at Main Stage
On Sep. 1, Restaurant, Bar & Café Hong Kong opens on the Main Stage with The Best of the Best MASTERCHEF Recommendation Restaurant Awards Presentation, where Hong Kong’s finest restaurants earn their stripes and acclaim for producing quality hospitality.
The Retail Asia Conference arrives on Sep. 2 with keynote speeches, panel discussions, and technology showcases illustrating how technology and sustainability are shaping the future of food and beverage retail.
The final day of the event on Sep. 3 welcomes lectures on Silver-age Food Safety and Nutrition, ESG initiatives in food and beverage, and the sommelier-focussed Pairing Sensations Awards Presentation under the theme of “Asian Confluence”.

Wine workshops and challenges at The Hub
The Hub at Restaurant, Bar & Café Hong Kong is this year hosting hands-on workshops, challenges, and award ceremonies bringing experts together. On Sep. 1-2, wine masterclasses are hosted by Hong Kong-based sommeliers and WSET educators Jack Cheung, Derek Li MS, Minos Guo, and Jennie Mack.
The RBHK Best Bar Awards Presentation Ceremony, joined by a record 90 entries for the city’s finest drinkeries, will be hosted on Sep. 1, with the Hong Kong Coffee Challenge 2026 set for Sep. 3, a knockout battle with Hong Kong baristas showcasing their coffee-making skills and speed.
