Once a gem of a restaurant located inside the former Fenwick Pier, Giá Trattoria Italiana is coming back to Hong Kong after two years in a new location in the Wan Chai neighbourhood.
Moving to Wan Chai North’s Shui On Centre right next to the Grand Hyatt Hong Kong, Giá’s big move was teased by chef-owner Gianni Caprioli on Instagram and hoarding has gone up to reveal the new location.
The family-style trattoria enjoyed a seven-year-long tenure in Hong Kong serving homely Italian meals and a strong wine list. Chef Gianni also operates sister venue Giando Italian Restaurannt & Bar on Star Street in Wan Chai.
