King Ludwig Beerhall & Prost by King Ludwig
Photo credit: King Ludwig Beerhall (Causeway Bay)
The King Ludwig “beer passport” is now on sale for $520 for 10 glasses (0.5L) of draught beer, featuring a great range of German beer, including light lagers, Bavarian wheat Weissbier and rich and roasted Dunkel. A fully redeemed beer passport can then be used as a $50 cash voucher for more beer or food.
Speaking of food, there is a special Oktoberfest menu, of course. Beer popcorn chicken with chilli and garlic dip ($55) and beer-marinated pork spare ribs ($65) are staying on topic, and there are a couple of other options – however, it seems like food may not be the main reason for a visit to King Ludwig’s palace.
There will also be an Oktoberfest “KEG” OFF party on Monday, 8 October at King Ludwig Beerhall (TST East) and an ongoing Oktoberfest party at King Ludwig in Stanley, TST and Hung Shui Kiu until 26 October.
