Contemporary Chinese at John Anthony
John Anthony’s set lunch ($228pp + 10%) and set dinner (priced at $398pp + 10%) are available from 2–8 September. Diners can select from a variety of handmade dim sum, sustainably sourced seafood, stir-fry dishes and innovative desserts. Highlights include the eatery’s signature smoked duck egg with Manchurian roe and Hua Tiao, slow-cooked Australian Wagyu beef cheek with watermelon and chilli and stir-fried farmed spotted grouper.
Beach-chic Thai at Sip Song
Available at $398pp + 10% from 2–6 September, diners can enjoy Sip Song’s choice of a signature cocktail to complement a three-course set dinner, with dishes such as “Don’t Tell Mom” roti pancake with BBQ pork neck and homemade chilli jam and green free-range chicken curry, as well as cult-favourite desserts including ube and coconut ice cream with Thai whisky caramel and mango sticky rice.
Lively Mexican at Brickhouse
Get your Mexican fix with Brickhouse’s three-course set dinner ($398pp + 10%), served from 2–6 September, featuring must-try dishes such as hamachi ceviche with jalapeño vinaigrette, Mexican street-style corn with chilli mayo, mole chicken, the chef’s selection taco platter and coconut tres leches.
Modern American at Mercedes me Store
Mercedes me’s three-course set lunch ($248pp + 10%) is unbeatable. Available from 2–8 September, diners can enjoy a starter such as beef tartare with mustard, pickled jalapeño and smoked tomato, followed by a main such as fresh ricotta Sorrentino, spinach and walnut with lemon-caper butter or seared mahi mahi, as well as an indulgent dessert like Valrhona double-chocolate flan or banana and peanut butter tart – all to be enjoyed in the sleek, automobile-inspired environs of Mercedes me.
Exotic Caribbean at Limewood
Available from 2–6 September, Limewood’s three-course set dinner ($398pp + 10%) provides a laid-back yet exotic mix of our favourite Southeast Asian, Hawaiian and Caribbean flavours. Highlights include charred okra and mango salad, pan-seared New Zealand salmon, whole roasted free-range jerk chicken and Limewood’s signature hand-piped churros.

Diners will receive a craft cocktail to kick-start the experience, followed by starters such as cauliflower fritters or duck Scotch egg and a second cocktail of their choice to accompany signature mains such as Stockton meat pie or roast beef sandwich with truffle mayonnaise.
