Dubbed Mr & Mrs Marshmallow after their chocolate-themed pop-up in Finland, husband-and-wife duo Eric Räty of Michelin-starred Arbor (and a Foodie Forks 2019 Best Restaurant winner) and top pastry chef Can are putting their love for pastry (and each other) to the test once again – extending their one-day pop-up at Test Kitchen last month to run every weekend, starting on Saturday, 11 April.
Joining the team is Yumi Takamatsu, a certified Master of Sake with experience at Park Hyatt Tokyo. She has
curated unique sake pairings for those customers who choose to dine in on Sundays.
Get your homemade wild blueberry juice, Karelian pie with egg butter, blueberry pie with cheesecake cream and more to enjoy at home. Pre-order or walk in on the day to purchase. Dine-in is also available on Sundays.
Kudos to Chef Räty’s team and Test Kitchen for thinking outside the box during these trying times for the Hong Kong F&B industry and the city as a whole.
