The latest Instagrammable brunch in Hong Kong that’s caught our attention can be had at The Tiffany Blue Box Cafe, duly inspired by the 1961 film Breakfast at Tiffany’s.

Diners can immerse themselves in Tiffany’s signature robin’s-egg blue hue as they savour the new brunch menu, which has a price tag of HKD258 for one and HKD488 for two and has been designed to mimic the café’s tiered afternoon tea set.

Delightful brunch bites like seasonal fruit danish, house granola, and the indulgent Tiffany’s Egg in a Shell with caviar, foie gras, and sakura shrimp await on the elegant two-tiered tray.

Alongside, the brunch is beefed up with the choice of an open-faced toasted sourdough sandwich. The sandwich options include smoked salmon and avocado, sautéed mushroom and spinach, and truffle egg.

Orange juice, coffee, or tea also come part of this cinematically inspired brunch offering – or you can take your cue from Holly Golightly and top up with free-flow champagne (HKD280 pp).

The Breakfast at Tiffany’s brunch menu is available on Friday through Sunday and public holidays from 11AM till 2PM.
