Located on the third floor of The Mira hotel in Tsim Sha Tsui, Cuisine Cuisine has long been a favourite for its refined Cantonese dim sum delicacies, showcased in the weekday all-you-can-eat dim sum lunch (HKD398 pp).

Now, come dinnertime, chef Edwin Tang is treating gourmands to the restaurant’s signature Peking duck with a special weeknight promotion that’s available on Sunday through Thursday from 6PM till 10:30PM (excluding public holidays). Groups of 10 or more diners will get a whole duck on the house, whilst groups of 6–9 diners will be gifted a half-duck. All the traditional julienned veg, sauce, and paper-thin pancakes for wrapping come with the bird.

À-la-carte dishes that we recommend pairing with your duck include the stir-fried Australian lobster with spicy preserved vegetables (HKD488 pp) and creative crispy French lamb brisket with fermented bean curd and black sesame sauce (HKD398), showcasing overnight-marinated milk-fed lamb.

Cuisine Cuisine, 3/F, The Mira Hong Kong, Mira Place, 118–130 Nathan Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, 2315 5222, book here (advance booking + HKD500 deposit required for the Peking duck promotion)
