Morton’s The Steakhouse is launching a new summer menu for two (HKD1,288), available from now until Aug. 31, packed with meaty and rich American classics.
The three-course menu starts off with a choice of the center-cut iceberg salad, caesar salad, lobster bisque, or beefsteak tomato salad, all inspired by the restaurant chain’s hearty American origins.
For mains, guests can select either a 6oz Center-Cut Filet Mignon or 10oz Manhattan Cut New York Strip (+HK98) in the steak department. For those not eating meat, the salmon fillet, lobster ravioli, or chicken christopher are available to order.
The side dish selections include the truffled cream corn, thick cut onion rings, grilled jumbo asparagus, or sour cream mashed potatoes. Guests can pair up their meats with black truffle, blue cheese, or calabrian butter.
The Morton’s legendary hot chocolate cake comes for dessert, with a choice of either the New York cheesecake or key lime pie to pair up with.
