The popular annual Hong Kong Wine & Dine Festival is making a steady return to Central Harbourfront on Oct. 23–27 in its largest-ever format, boasting 300 booths exhibiting the great food and wine from 35 countries.

The five-day event will culminate a month-long celebration across Hong Kong to enjoy gastronomy found in every corner of the world. The event kicks off on Oct. 23 with a growing list of workshops set in the Tasting Theatre, such as pairing Spanish red wine with tapas, exploring gravity-drip sake, fusing Chinese and French flavours, and differentiating between New and Old World wines.

On Oct. 24, vendors across the grounds will be offering Happy Thursday deals, including buy-one-get-one-free and reduced-price wine and cocktail deals, to kick-start your foodie weekend. Wines from Chile, China, France, and Australia will prominently feature.

A new addition to the festival this year comes in the form of the Culinary Stars showcase, inviting a dozen chefs working at Michelin-starred and Bib Gourmand restaurants and Asia’s 50 Best Bars to present top gourmet bites.

Entry tickets are available on the Hong Kong Tourism Board website for HKD40. Tickets with token add-ons to pay for experiences at the festival are available via Klook.
