New Italian restaurant PECORINO has opened in an airy and modern space in Sheung Wan, launching within the same group that has brought Jeonpo Meat Shop and BUSAN NIGHT to Hong Kong.

Gold Moon, Hong Kong’s leading Korean hospitality group, has unveiled its latest concept, taking over a former HSBC branch in Sheung Wan.

Whilst the group specialises in Korean food, namely KBBQ, seafood, soup noodles by Seoul Noodles, and banchan by Chef’s Meal, PECORINO is largely Italian in its food programme, sticking to its principles of “pizza, pasta, wine, brunch.”

The two-page menu features Italian classics that include burrata and tomato salad (HKD158), salsiccia (HKD208) and margherita (HKD188) pizzas, cacio e pepe (HKD98) pasta, and truffle risotto (HKD138).
