Testina is inviting its twin restaurant Trippa Milano from Milan to co-host four nights of homely Italian meals from Nov. 4–7. The Hong Kong restaurant won the Foodie Forks 2024 Best Italian Restaurant award.
Chefs Diego Rossi and Pietro Caroli from the famed Milan restaurant are coming to Hong Kong to host a set menu (HKD988 pp) with chef Marco Xodo at Testina, available for both lunch and dinner.
The set menu is comprised of soft egg and cheese fondue, roasted eggplant with stracciatella, and whipped cod with polenta chips for the antipasti; pesto and pigeon handkerchief pasta and angel–hair spaghetti with sea urchin for the primi; lamb rack and sea bass for the secondi; and tiramisu for a sweet ending.
