Pancake speciality restaurant Pancake Senmon has launched the Culinary Class Wars tribute series to enthral Hong Kongers with the best dishes coming out of the Netflix hit show.

Created by chef Kwon Seong-joon, the chestnut tiramisu (HKD78) joins the series available at the Kyoto-founded restaurant, an inspired dish made at the chef’s Italian restaurant in Seoul, Via Toledo.

A lobster spicy soup noodle (HKD198) also features on the menu, made by chef Choi Hyun-seok. The dish is a blend of Singaporean and Korean touches and a central recipe of the chef.

Finally, chef Lim Tae-hoon flexes his Chinese culinary skills with the dongpo oxtail (HKD148), a dish that resonates with Hong Kong’s dining scene.

The three dishes within Pancake Senmon’s tribute series are offered now and have no set end date. Head there soon to not be disappointed!
