Three-Michelin-starred Forum Restaurant in Causeway Bay serves Hong Kong’s most expensive fried rice dish, made with premium ingredients.

Costing HKD480, the Ah Yat fried rice, a nod to the original chef and founder of the fine-dining Chinese restaurant, combines fresh shrimp, char siu, and conpoy with egg and rice. The upscale stir-fry is finished with ham and oyster sauce with Chinese scallion.

Customers at the restaurant can amplify the experience and price by ordering the Ah Yat fried rice with foie gras (HKD580), a true elevation of an already high-priced dish.
