Their Eggnog (HKD95) mixes together brandy, bourbon whiskey, madeira, fresh nutmeg, and a mix of milk and eggs to strike home a nostalgic tone from now until Dec. 31.

The Daily Tot
Hong Kong’s bumping rum bar The Daily Tot is joining their groups’ bars and restaurants to go full festive mood in the theme of a spectacular Grinchmas. Their cocktail, the Grinchmas RUM-ish Coffee (HKD130), blends Spiced Rum, hand-drip coffee, Demerara, and pandan cream to create a soothing and spicy concoction.

Tozzo
PMQ’s newest Italian pastry Tozzo, which specialises in gelato and whipped cream-filled brioche buns called maritozzo, is joining in on the year-end fun with a Christmassy Hot Toddy (HKD78). The short cocktail is simple, blending together whiskey, honey, and lemon juice. It is a perfect drink to help soothe your throat in time for New Year’s Eve.

The Stage
Down in Wan Chai at the neighbourhood’s hottest dining complex, The Stage is ringing in Christmas throughout the month of December with the Liquid Cashmere (HKD148), a classic hot cocktail that tastes similar to an Irish coffee.
