JADE Chinese restaurant in The Fullerton Ocean Park Hotel is hosting an auspicious Chinese New Year celebration menu to reign in the Year of the Snake. The eight-course menu features classic dishes for the red-spirited festival, including roasted suckling pig with foie gras, steamed spotted garoupa fillet, smoked pigeon, and JADE’s special dessert platter with symbolic desserts wishing guests a fortunate year.

Celestial Court
At Sheraton Hong Kong Hotel, Black Pearl-awarded Celestial Court presents a collection of signature Chinese New Year dishes representing good luck and fortune. Available till the end of February, be sure to order their Lo Hei fortune salad (HKD888), braised pork trotter with porcini (HKD488), and the deep-fried shrimp with Chinese wine, vinegar, and chili (HKD388).

An affordable dining option during Chinese New Year can be found at Kwan Cheuk Heen, the grand Chinese banquet restaurant housed inside the Harbour Grand Hong Kong hotel. Beyond the multi-course Chinese New Year menus found across Hong Kong, China Tang in Central is offering a selection of à la carte dishes available over 2025’s first two months. At Summer Palace in Island Shangri-La, a wealth of grand and luxurious dishes are served by the head chef to welcome the Lunar New Year during an extended period all the way to the end of February. Lai Ching Heen is celebrating Chinese New Year with a six-course Fat Choy menu available for a whole month, matching the great harbourside views with luxury bites. One of the world’s highest restaurants Tin Lung Heen is bringing auspicious notes to the dining table this Chinese New Year with a stream of à la carte dishes boasting top ingredients and good fortune.
