The boarding has gone up and the word is spreading around town about the imminent opening of Cheese Omakase by Jeremy Evrard in Central.

Located opposite PMQ, the restaurant is the brainchild of the popular Asia-based fromagier, who has previously worked in Hong Kong as the restaurant manager of Caprice and Upper Modern Bistro and hotel manager of Rosewood Hong Kong.

As its name suggests, we predict the new restaurant will bring forward funky tasting menus designed with cheese in mind, sampling a range of worldly cheesy creations alongside wine and nibbles.

Since last summer 2024, Jeremy has worked as the vice president of Macau’s SJM Resorts within their signature restaurants’ food and beverage sector.

Keep your eyes peeled on Foodie for more information about this opening.
