After five years of success in Hong Kong, Michelin-starred restaurant Andō and chef Agustin Balbi are here to celebrate with new dinner menus that continue to excel in the world of Spanish-fused Japanese cuisine.

The restaurant has launched the five-course Celebration dinner menu (HKD1,588) and eight-course Experience dinner menu (HKD2,288), complete with new food items and wine and sake pairings for the real deal.

Both menus showcase Hokkaido scallop, Wagyu beef tartareoctopus, snow crab, and a luxury dessert of strawberry, almond, and meringue.

The eight-course tasting menu contains additional dishes that are sure to wow diners. Amp up the experience with an optional alcohol pairing priced from HKD850 per person.
