The 17th edition of the MICHELIN Guide Hong Kong & Macau is returning on Mar. 13 with an awards ceremony held at Grand Lisboa Palace Macau.

Hosted annually in Cotai, the ceremony celebrates the achievements of chefs and restaurateurs in Hong Kong and Macau. Last year’s edition awarded stars to 79 restaurants in both SARs.

The MICHELIN Bib Gourmand selection will be released on Mar. 6, one week prior to the grand celebration, to honour “good-quality, good-value cooking.”
