Every Tuesday starting today (Feb. 18), head down to Hugo’s at Hyatt Regency Tsim Sha Tsui for the restaurant’s brand-new and tasty unlimited steak frites night.
The steak frites menu (HKD888 pp) begins with Hugo’s Caesar salad, packed with bacon, anchovy, Parmesan cheese, and romaine, available to order however many times you please.
The Tuesday-night deal allows for unlimited pickings of bone-in rib-eye, rib-eye, sirloin, and tenderloin beef cuts, paired wonderfully with either black pepper sauce or porcini mushroom sauce.
As for the frites section of the meal, Hugo’s premium “Frites Atelier” French fries do the trick. Wash it all down with the fine-dining European eatery’s homemade crème brûlée alongside free-flow sommelier-selected wine.
