Hoi King Heen has officially reopened at the InterContinental Grand Stanford Hong Kong after an extensive renovation to elevate the beauty of the hotel’s signature Chinese restaurant.
Now embracing a siheyuan interior style, taking inspiration from the traditional Chinese courtyards found in Beijing, the restaurant continues its legacy with refined Cantonese dishes and dim sum.
The new menu sees more inventive dim sum offerings and Cantonese recipes given modern twists, whilst the new wine list features a selection of wine from China, particularly Riesling and Pinot Noir varieties.
