Joining Rosewood Hong Kong’s 6th anniversary celebrations, the city’s very own Fried Chicken Gala 2025 is coming to town, showcasing a colourful variety of fried chicken with drinks to pair.

Fried chicken lover and journalist Susan Jung and food writer Evelyn Chen will host the dinner gala at Rosewood Hong Kong’s Botanical Kitchen event space on Mar. 14 and 15 (HKD1,980 pp).

The star-studded line-up coming to the gala to cook and share their fried chicken recipes includes chef Li Chi Wai of The Legacy House, chef Gaurav Kuthari of CHAAT, chef David Lai of Neighborhood, and mixologist Lorenzo Antinori of Bar Leone. Susan Jung will also be cooking her famous fried chicken for the masses.

The price tag for the event includes tastings of four fried chicken dishes and cocktails and mocktails crafted by Lorenzo. Make your booking here.
