Packed with fresh fish, salty snacks, and stomach-filling proteins oozing with flavour, readers can enjoy an exclusive rate with this menu!
Priced originally at HKD1,200, the 11-course omakase menu is available through Foodie for just HKD750. Start the meal with appetisers of miso soup, uni tofu, and smoked salmon, before the starters of hamachi with black truffle sauce and spot prawn and uni egg grace the table.
Hot plates included roasted squab, chicken skin and prawn dumpling, miso-glazed hamachi collar, and Japanese shishito peppers, before the last main course comes to the table with a sushi platter of toro, tuna, snapper, and seasonal fish. Dessert is Japanese seasonal fruits.
