Making its debut at the brand-spanking-new Kai Tak Stadium, this year’s edition of the Cathay/HSBC Hong Kong Sevens is even more hotly anticipated than ever.

In the lead-up to these three days of epic rugby action, Danish brewery Carlsberg has launched a limited-edition HK Sevens beer can that’s exclusive to Hong Kong.

Stocked at convenience stores around town, this year’s bright green-coloured can theme is “First Cheers Edition,” replacing the brand’s usual slogan on the front with the cheeky phrase “By appointment to the rugby fans of Hong Kong.”

If you still haven’t purchased a ticket to the Sevens on Mar. 28 to 30, a three-day pass can be yours for HKD1,950, but you’ll have to queue for your place in the legendary South Stand.
