La Paloma in Sai Ying Pun turns 10 years old in 2025, with a year’s worth of celebrations planned by chef Alex Fargas to celebrate the momentous anniversary.
On May 17 and 18, La Paloma is welcoming the arrival of La Feria de Abril, a celebration of all things Spanish culture, including flamenco dancing, sherry, tapas, and Ibérico ham carving.
From now until September, expect the Tapas Tour, an introduction to Spain’s most famous and beloved tapas dishes, as well as wine dinners, where Spanish vineyards and winemakers are set to take centre stage showcasing their products.
Chef Alex’s Hot Wednesdays series, inviting guests chefs to share fusion flavours in one giant paella, is set to return for three more events in the second half of 2025, when La Fiesta comes to town in October for a night of Spanish food, music, and dancing.
