A historic piece of Taiwan has arrived in Hong Kong in the form of A Cheng Goose’s first Hong Kong store in Kowloon Bay.

Located in Ngau Tau Kok, the Hong Kong outpost of the celebrated Taiwanese goose restaurant is bringing its treasured smoked goose to the city, along with offal dishes the likes of goose intestines and liver

Customers can order their boiled or smoked goose, imported from Yunlin County in Taiwan, served lean, in boneless breast fashion, or starring tender leg meat.

If you’re feeling adventurous, order the stinky tofu or 1,000-year-old egg with tofu and pork floss to pair up with your goose.
