If you’re looking for a Mother’s Day experience beyond the many brunches and afternoon tea options out there, The Baker & The Bottleman in Wan Chai has a skillet cookie workshop planned in collaboration with French cookware company Le Creuset that sounds ideal for some foodie bonding time.
Priced at HKD1,880 for two, the 1.5-hour-long workshop is set to take place at the British bake shop on May 10 and 11 at 3:30PM. Under the direction of head baker Helene Ng, participants will bake up The Baker & The Bottleman’s scrumptious triple Valrhona giant cookie in Le Creuset’s 16cm heart-shaped skillet, personalising the cookie with their fillings of choice. Even better, the skillet is Mum’s to take home after the workshop!
The price tag is inclusive of a choice of pastry and cup of coffee or tea per person. The workshop can be booked online here.
