Pak Lo Chiu Chow is celebrating 58 years serving Hong Kong top Chiu Chow cuisine with a limited-time HKD58 abalone noodle dish.
The mixed noodles with whole soyed marinated abalone (HKD58) dish will be served at Pak Loh Chiu Chow’s outlets at Times Square and ELEMENTS for a limited time.
The noodle dish uses the restaurant’s master braising sauce brewed over five decades in the marinade of the South African abalone, deep and rich in complexity and freshness.
The restaurant chain is also serving a six-course 58th-anniversary commemorative menu (HKD580 pp) during the celebrations.
