First came the longest cheeseboard in Asia. Now, Grand Hyatt Hong Kong has set its sights on summery berries in epic proportions with a 30-metre-long berry board.

This berry-focused dinner buffet, held at Grand Hyatt’s Tiffin buffet eatery as part of the hotel’s continuing 35th-anniversary festivities, will take place over a three-day period from 7PM on Jun. 5 through Jun. 7.

Set to showcase over 30 berry-infused delights, both sweet and savoury, the berry-flavoured desserts are naturally the stars of this show. These sweet treats include berry chiffon cakes, a strawberry chocolate fountain, and berry macaron towers.

All of the above berry-themed goodies are in addition to Tiffin’s standard exquisite buffet offerings, from cold seafood on ice, to delicious Western mains, to all-you-can-eat ice cream.

To take this experience to another level, there’s an opportunity for diners to pre-order premium champagne by the bottle, with a captivating sabrage experience expected on the nights in question. If your wallet doesn’t stretch quite that far, you can head to the buffet’s Bubble Bar station for pours of champagne and non-alcoholic add-on drink options.

The Berry-licious Delights dinner buffet has a price tag of HKD1,080 per person (a 15% early-bird online booking discount is on the cards until May 25).
