Newly awarded one Michelin star, Ami is offering a great dining deal this year for those who fancy fine-dining, promising the restaurant’s exceptional French flavours.
Priced at HKD1,010, a 15% discount from the original price, the six-course menu begins with a bang with the sumptuous Loire Valley asparagus with slow-cooked egg mimosa and mushroom soup with shiitake and black pepper roll.
As the menu continues, the fish courses arrive with fireworks, featuring the baked crab with Shaoxing wine and fennel, followed by the Japanese sea bream with wild garlic and lemon zest.
The main course consists of a choice between yellow chicken with morel and yellow wine sauce and Japanese A4 Wagyu beef tenderloin with green pepper sauce (+HKD198), before a dessert finisher of millefeuille with vanilla diplomat and red berry. Dishes on the menu are subject to change.
