Frank’s has launched a new set dinner for two (or more) designed with value and tasty Italian-American flavours in mind!
Priced at HKD328 per guest, the four-course menu is available Monday to Saturday 5PM to 9:30PM comprises Frank’s classic dishes celebrated over seven years in Central.
The menu begins with primo gnocco fritto paired with red sauce, with the antipasti Nonna’s pork meatballs and caesar salad shared on the table for the second course.
With the pasta course, guests are offered a choice between rigatoni pomodori or spaghetti aglio olio. The secondi main course features a choice of four sumptuous dishes: wood-grilled thin curst margherita pizza, Frank’s famous chicken parm alla vodka, eggplant parm supreme, and shitake rubbed USDA skirt steak (+HKD180).
