With an aim to bring China’s baijiu to a modern space with a refreshing new identity, Baijiu Society is bringing their take on the national spirit to Hong Kong with six unique flavours.

Their new baijiu line is fermented with a mixture of barley, wheat, and sorghum and infused with fruit to boost the flavour profile of each bottle, designed to enjoy neat, on the rocks, or shaken into a cocktail.

With classic, peach, cherry, orange and yuzu, lychee, and coffee flavours, Baijiu Society’s collection is only 40% in alcohol volume.

The six bottles are available to purchase at HK Liquor Store stores in Hong Kong.
