One Michelin-starred New Punjab Club is celebrating its 8th anniversary in Hong Kong with an unbeatable tasting menu for one night on Aug. 28.
Priced at HKD788 per person, the menu consists of 10 courses to delight your palate with fine Punjabi tandoor, curries, biriyani, sides, and dessert.
Kicking off the meal with masaledar phalli roasted peanuts, tandoori anda eggs, and their signature keema pau spicy mutton. Their tandoor section of the menu includes tandoori cobia, sarson jhinga cardinal prawns, and masalewali chaanp lamb chops.
The menu continues with oxtail biriyani, mughal room makhani chicken tikka, and butter naan. Swipe up the curry with raita and mango chutney. Dessert ends the grand affair with sticky toffee pudding and masala chai.
For those looking to add a little bit extra to the meal, a four-glass wine pairing can be added on for HKD398.
