Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong is jumping on the buzzy matcha trend in Hong Kong with the launch of a summer-exclusive matcha char siu pineapple bun.

Landing on their dim sum at Lung King Heen, the baked matcha buns with barbecued pork and pistachio (HKD92, 2pcs) feature on the seasonal dim sum menu. The pineapple bun is infused with matcha powder and matches with the robust pork filling.

If you are feeling adventurous, book yourself a table to enjoy their yum cha gourmet menu two (HKD1,680 pp.), which includes the matcha bun, baked whole abalone puff, deep-fried crab claw, wok-fried Australian beef tenderloin, braised e-fu noodles, and double-boiled egg white milk custard.
