Japan’s viral restaurant Teruzushi and its even more famous chef Takayoshi Watanabe is coming to Hong Kong for a three-day pop-up at OZONE.

Set for Sep. 19-21, the world’s highest rooftop bar will be welcoming the 61-year-old sushi restaurant for a menu shrouded in mystery, with the same theatrics and format one might expect at the Tobata-based venue.

Using fresh seafood from the south of Japan, the lunch menu is priced at HKD2,488 per person at 12PM, with dinner costing HKD3,488 per person at 6PM and 8PM. All dining sessions hold only 12 seats.

Expect only the fresh cuts of Longtooth grouper, Unagi, Japanese botan shrimp, daggertooth pike conger, and blue-fin tuna o-toro, amongst a wealth of secret dishes prepared by the happy-go-lucky chef himself.

Reservations are required for both lunch and dinner sessions.
