Aqua Restaurant Group is marking a momentous occasion this October throughout their collection of eight restaurants in Hong Kong, showcasing a number of glitzy limited-edition dishes.
Celebrating 25 years in Hong Kong till Oct. 25, the limited-time anniversary dishes will be available at aqua, Hutong, Vista, The Chinese Library, Cantina, Shiro, Dim Sum Library, and Vesu Pizza Bar.
At aqua and Hutong, the group’s two flagship venues, new dishes are coming to wow diners, including the red wine braised short ribs (HKD598) and lobster and autumn vegetables tempura (HKD888) at the Italian-Japanese restaurant, with the wok tossed lobster with lao gan ma chilli black bean sauce (HKD528) served at the latter.
At the group’s two dim sum restaurants, enjoy the glitzy roasted 45-day imperial Peking duck (HKD1,288) at The Chinese Library and the memory lane dim sum platter (HKD259) at Dim Sum Library, a collection of flavours sourced from the chef’s travels across China.
At the Central-based Italian restaurant Cantina, order the add-on for two dishes of flaming salt baked sea bass (+HKD388) to snap pics for the ‘gram. Vesu Pizza Bar launches the 25th anniversary celebration pizza (HKD388) topped with M8 Wagyu beef.
“It all started twenty-five years ago with aqua, a small restaurant on Hollywood Road in Hong Kong, serving innovative dishes with a ‘wow’.” David Yeo, founder of Aqua Restaurant Group, shared in a press release.
