Shake Shack already ranks near the top of our favourite burger joints in Hong Kong, but this American burger chain is about to get an even bigger upgrade with the launch of its most premium burger to date, this time at a month-long pop-up held at The Lobby Lounge at Regent Hong Hong

Debuting on Nov. 12 and available till Dec. 12, this unique culinary crossover showcases the Foie Gras Shack (HKD195), an utterly indulgent mix of Angus beef, Gruyère cheese, foie gras torchon, caramelised onion, black truffle mayo, crispy onion, frisée, and chives.

You can go for an umami burger combo with caviar fries (HKD370) to truly make your burger-eating experience the most decadent of your lifetime. Here, Shake Shack’s beloved crinkle-cut fries are served with a generous side of caviar, crème fraîche bavarois, and chives. On their own, the caviar fries are priced at HKD225

If that’s not fancy enough for your liking, there’s an option to pair your burger and fries with the newly unveiled Dom Pérignon White Luminous Vintage 2015 (HKD398/glass or HKD2,280/bottle).
