Continuing the brand’s spirited storytelling, Two Moons Distillery has launched its newest flavour, Ginger Gin (HKD530), made with fresh and dried yellow ginger, a key component of the Cantonese diet.
The gin, mixed with juniper berry, litsea wood, wild white tea, allspice, and sandalwood, brings woodsy, citrusy, and tea-strong flavours to the nose and palate.
The inspiration for this new product comes from ginger’s universality and prominence in Hong Kong, from popular ginger tea and ginger-scallion sauce to the ginger often used in claypot rice dishes and Coca-Cola drinks.
Bar-goers can head to Kinsman, 25:00, and ZZURA to try a series of limited-time cocktails powered with Ginger Gin across Soho this summer, including a Chinese wedding-themed tall drink at 25:00 available till Aug. 23 and red pickled ginger take on a Penicillin cocktail at Kinsman and mango pomelo sago tipple at ZZURA available till Sep. 23.
Two Moons also stocks its Signature Dry Gin, Calamansi Gin, and Five Flowers Tea Gin. You can purchase the distillery’s new Ginger Gin here.
