The 93-year-old dim sum parlour Luk Yu Tea House has broken ground with a new speakeasy serving tea-infused cocktails.

Premium tea is brewed for infusing into eight cocktails (all HKD150) on the menu and a suave design pickled on the first floor for a preserved look of what a cocktail bar may look like in the 1930s.

Luk Yu Tea Club’s signatures include the Moonlit Blossom with jasmine gin and sparkling jasmine gin with orange blossom, Jade Mystery with tieguanyin-infused gin, tamarind, and green apple, and the Tipsy Velvet mixing Wing Lee Wai rose wine, lychee, rose, and hibiscus.

In classic speakeasy tradition, this is a walk-in only establishment. Luk Yu Tea Club is open Fridays and Saturdays 6PM to midnight

Luk Yu Tea Club, 1/F, Luk Yu Tea House, 24-26 Stanley Street, Central
