Available at their Sheung Wan nook till further notice, sweet and savoury char siu from Luk On Kui is sandwiched into each bubble for your pleasure. A dash of lemon is added to the waffle to add balance to the meaty fat.
The Sorrowful Pineapple Bun Egg Waffle arrives in a collaboration with Stephen Chow’s comic book IP Shin Shin Legends. Only 30 egg waffles are on offer daily so be quick.
The original pineapple bun egg waffle earned Chicken Egg Boy faithful recreations in over eight countries across Asia and beckoned two-hour queues when it launched in April 2025.
