In the second of two local collaboration dinners with alumni of Netflix’s Culinary Class Wars held this quarter, Han Dining welcomes four chefs from South Korea’s hit cooking show to join a 12-hands collaboration in late October.
“Comic Book Chef” Cho Kwang-Hyoe, “Construction Site Chef” Chung Woo-young, “The Boy Who Returned” Chae Nak-young, and “Yakitori King” Kim Byoung-mook join Han Dining’s Cho Minseong and Kyle Lee of Honjo to serve a five-course 14-dish menu (HKD518 pp) designed by the six maestros.
Served live by the six-piece chef gang at Han Dining’s Mong Kok location on Oct. 23 and 24 for dinner, with sneak peeks offered for lunch on Oct. 22 and 23, the menu features snappy fusion dishes like shrimp chilled noodles, mala chicken wings, fish taco, tsukune sando, spicy intestine soup, bibimbap, and an ice-cream sundae, with the latter two items prepared by all six chefs.
Fret not if you cannot book a table for late October – both the full dinner experience (HKD518 pp), which offers a repeat of the live festivities, and a lighter collaboration highlights menu (HKD318 pp) will be available from Oct. 25 till Jan. 2027.
In late September, chefs Lim Hee-won, Park Joon-woo, and Monk Sunjae of Culinary Class Wars held cooking masterclasses and demonstrations to celebrate the Korean festival of Chuseok at Central Market’s Mid-Autumn K-Festival Week.
