Peak Pizza and two Michelin-starred Cantonese restaurant Ying Jee Club have joined hands to launch a char siu star pizza (HKD48 per slice, HKD228 per pie).
With the meaty toppings cured by the Cantonese restaurant and pizza base perfected by Peak Pizza, the pizza unites a sweet-savoury char siu with tomato sauce, mushrooms, olives, and cheese.
The collaboration runs until Oct. 12 with more expected in the pipeline with other top restaurants across the city.
