Yet again, Hong Kong continues to attract the biggest brands from China, this time welcoming Banu Hotpot to Hysan Place in Causeway Bay this mid-November.

Ranked as China’s largest hotpot brand by revenue in 2025 by Frost & Partners, Banu Hotpot specialises in beef tripe hotpot, stressing fresh and all-natural ingredients.

The hotpot chain’s signatures are the natural beef tripe and simmered wild mushroom broths, made with the freshest ingredients possible shared overnight from Chinese farms.

Banu Hotpot master chef Shao Delong has created a new Hong Kong-exclusive seafood broth for Hong Kong diners to dunk their meat, seafood, and vegetables into.

Banu Hotpot operates more than 230 locations across China, with its expansion into Hong Kong its first international outpost.
