1. Locanda CANALI

Locanda CANALI, the tasty restaurant arm of the celebrated luxury Italian menswear brand in Tsim Sha Tsui, is set to wow Hong Kong this Easter with Northern Italian comforts on a special menu lasting the entire weekend. The menu begins with a choice of appetiser between the burrata cheese with orange & beetroot salad, asparagus, green salad, hollandaise sauce, and calamari Mediterranean salad.
A cosy chilled corn soup is served for the second course, with a selection of the risotto with mixed mushroom, truffle pate’, tagliolini aglio e olio, seared scallops, bottarga, or beef ribeye with seasonal vegetable, roasted ratte potato available for mains. 2. The Bayside & O’Thai

Hung Hom’s airy twin restaurant combo The Bayside and O’Thai bring value for money with their Easter offerings this year, both with an Easter brunch and new dinner menu debuting during the festival. The brunch menu includes two cold and hot starters, including freshly-shucked oysters, chicken satay, and truffle & cheese bikini, a choice of one main dish, such as truffle ricotta ravioli and dry-aged Wagyu bavette, a dessert, and one non-alcoholic beverage. Guests can add on a two-hour free-flow drinks package for HKD198 per guest including prosecco, red and white wines, red sangria, Bayside Gin & Tonic, and bottled beer.
Their six-course Easter menu includes four starters to pick from, with dishes like Wagyu beef tartare and shrimp & mango rice paper rolls on offer, followed by mains, including squid ink linguine, pesto prawns fettuccine, and grilled halibut filet. Dessert comes with a selection of either classic tiramisu or Basque cheesecake. Guests will also receive a complimentary cocktail upon arrival.

3. The Cipollini Pizzeria

Coinciding with the launch of their spring specials, The Cipollini Pizzeria brings four new dishes that work perfectly for your Easter meal, be that lunch, brunch, or dinner. 4. Gaylord

For Easter, Gaylord is back with their familiar buffet spread available for brunch and a special dinner menu during the entire festival weekend. The brunch spread includes pickings of lamb seekh kebab, mango butter chicken, dal makhani, saffron pullao rice, green moong salad, and mango rasmalai.

Spanish restaurant Quiero Más is offering an Easter brunch and dinner menu to gather with the family this Easter weekend and revel with Spanish tapas and hearty entrees. For the brunch menu, dig into a sharing of six tapas dishes, one main, and a dessert. Signature dishes that you should order include gambas, suckling pig, dry-aged Wagyu bavette, churros, and gelato. In a random collaboration that works for Easter, Cafe Lantau at Sheraton Hong Kong Tung Chung Hotel is teaming up with uber-popular congee shop Sang Kee for a ‘shell and savor’ Easter-themed dinner buffet. Beyond the Cafe Lantau signatures of iced 3-spot, green, and blue crab, chilled lobster claw, and steamed whole garoupa, diners can enjoy Sang Kee’s rabbit fish congee with meatball, pan-fried pork patty with salted fish, and dace fish balls with clam sauce at the buffet.

Restaurant Petrus is offering a more refined take of Easter if you fancy yourself a fine-dining experience this festival.
