An offshoot of the very successful Butter bakery in Soho, Butter Cookies sells childhood in a snack at their semi-permanent pop-up at Pacific Place. With all-American classics like lemon crinkle, chocolate chunk, chewy oatmeal raisin, and peanut butter up for grabs, sugar is the name of the game with their crumbly and melt-in-the-mouth cookies. Founded by the legendary Auntie Jenny, Jenny Bakery can be found regionally in Singapore, Seoul, Shanghai, Kuala Lumpur, Tokyo, and more, but local love for Jenny’s cookies has remained strong.
