The second Kin Hong Seafood Festival, which aims to promote the consumption of sustainable seafood, is taking place throughout the month of September, with over 100 restaurants participating. Each restaurant is featuring specific items on their menu made using responsibly sourced seafood as a way to raise awareness about where our seafood comes from. To make it easier for everyone to show their support, the Kin Hong Seafood Festival has partnered with Deliveroo Hong Kong, who will be delivering sustainable seafood dishes from a few select restaurants straight to your doorstep – so you can be part of the festival from your own home!
