From now until mid-December, 1957 & Co. group’s Paper Moon restaurant offers diners a white truffle menu against the glittering backdrop of the Hong Kong skyline. Located at Harbour City’s Ocean Terminal extension, Paper Moon showcases unobstructed vistas overlooking iconic Victoria Harbour, with a large terrace for additional stargazing in the evening. The white truffle menu this year, created by Executive Chef Giuliano Dacasto, features the coveted fungi harvested from Savigno, Italy, a region near Bologna that rivals Alba in truffle production.
Here’s what you can expect from Paper Moon’s white truffle menu:
Roasted veal Piedmont style with white truffle ($288)
Robiola cheese fondue with cornmeal cake and duck egg ($388)
Homemade tagliolini with 48-month Parmigiano cheese in roasted veal jus with white truffle ($398)
Roasted Chilean sea bass with glazed porcini mushrooms in hazelnut sauce ($538)
Each dish comes with not less than three grams of shaved white truffle, so let your nose lead the way to this gastronomic splurge!
