This new British bar and grill has debuted the Great British All-Day Sunday Roast, one of Blighty’s culinary institutions, and we’re here for the roast beef with all the fixings – duck-fat roast potatoes, cauliflower cheese, Yorkshire pudding, seasonal veg and more. In addition to the beef option, fish and veggie mains are available, as is a roast of the day. The four-course roast menu at 69 on Jervois also includes soup to start, sharing starters like prawn cocktail and stuffed portobello mushrooms and a selection of British-style desserts (think warm apple crumble).

A Lux

A Lux’s latest sumptuous offering comes in the form of a five-course champagne and caviar brunch menu that includes highlights of free-flow bubbly and non-alcoholic tipples, premium Siberian sturgeon caviar accompanied by blinis, homemade pasta dishes (we particularly love the sound of the squid spaghetti with spicy tomato sauce), unlimited refills of roasted USDA rib-eye and a tableside dessert trolley – Le Dessert Chariot – laden with a rotating selection of Mediterranean sweets and artisan cheeses. Heavenly!

Although French-Japanese steakhouse BIFTECK has named its latest brunch edition “Fête du Bifteck – Printemps” (printemps translates to “spring” in French), the last day of winter is technically 21 March, so this new offering fits right in here – and we’re extremely grateful for the bright, fresh, spring-like flavours showcased by Executive Chef Ken Kwok and his team. This East-meets-West brunch is great value for such a feast; it includes salad, soup, two appetisers, a main, two sides and dessert. For your main, go for either the 45-day dry-aged USDA Prime OP rib or the eatery’s signature snow-aged Wagyu and you’ll be one satisfied diner.

Morton’s The Steakhouse

Morton’s calls its “lunch”, but it’s brunch to us! The beloved US steakhouse has launched a three-course weekend lunch menu that sounds like it’s worth the splurge. To start, there’s a choice of baked five-onion soup, Morton’s signature salad or classic Caesar salad. A six-ounce filet mignon and jumbo shrimp Alexander are amongst the main options, all served with the choice of a signature side (the Parmesan and truffle fries are a fave). The dessert options include double chocolate mousse, NY-style cheesecake and crème brûlée.

We suggest wearing some stretchy trousers to newcomer OZAKAYA’s new brunch, which features unlimited servings of a whopping 12 kinds of Japanese small plates; these include the likes of sashimi, tempura shrimp maki, spicy salmon maki, Wagyu tataki, grilled chicken wings and karaage. A made-to-order main course – perhaps grilled hamachi collar, Hokkaido platinum pork belly or Awao chicken – and two desserts of Hokkaido ice cream with milk chips and matcha-chocolate lava cake complete this gut-busting brunch deal.

The Pizza Project

If you can’t get enough pizza, you’re in luck with The Pizza Project’s new Giro Brunch, featuring 90 minutes of all-you-can-eat pizza slices in a variety of flavours. The bottomless menu also comes with sharing starters of Italian cold cuts, deep-fried mozzarella bites and arancini. For dessert, dig into a sweet pizza topped with Nutella. Carb overload!

This new once-a-month brunch at Ramato elevates the classic weekend pub favourite with an Italian Sunday Roast themed brunch menu. The family-style feast features unlimited servings of antipasti such as Italian cold cuts, burrata and seared tuna with borlotti beans, followed by a pasta course of eliche with slow-cooked beef and caramelised onion. The main course is a trio of mouth-watering roasts – homemade porchetta, lamb leg and roast beef – served with grilled veg. For dessert, there’s a comforting apple cake, just like Nonna would make it.

Trattoria Kagawa by Mihara

This new contemporary Japanese-Italian restaurant has debuted its two-course Brunch del Fine Settimana. The wallet-friendly menu begins with made-to-order antipasti that includes cold cuts, cheeses and mixed green salad. The main brunch event at Trattoria Kagawa comes in the form of your choice of one of eight hearty dishes, each bringing a union of Chef Terufumi Mihara’s Japanese training and passion for Italian comfort food – from bacon carbonara made in-house with Kagawa flour and eggs and shrimp risotto cooked on the teppan to Wagyu beef cheek cheese omelette in red wine sauce and seafood basilico with grilled amadai.
